Placing your order
We can send your items to your desired recipient. No monetary despatch note will be enclosed within the parcel. Please remember to check the destination address and provide as much detail as possible. If you wish us to add a message from you please say so in the notes when you order and please check your message wording as we will copy it. There is no charge for this service.
*Postage and packing is free for orders over £45 If your order is less than £45 then the postage charges are as follows:
Orders under £45 will be sent UK Standard recorded post at a cost of £3.50
**Standard Recorded Delivery takes 3–5 working days and the goods will require signature on delivery. You will be supplied with a tracking number for your order once despatched, but if you have a query on delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Standard Delivery orders. If you require your order to arrive on a particular date we suggest you use our 48 hour service. If you require a 48 hour delivery service this can be selected at the confirm and pay stage of our checkout. For this service we charge £7.95. This means if you order on a Monday you will receive your order on the Wednesday.

Yes, you can order just one of any piece. Earrings are only supplied in pairs of course. All prices are in GBP sterling and include vat.
Yes, all items come in one of our complimentary exclusive 21st Century Silver presentation boxes. We also include a product card which tells you how best to care for sterling silver jewellery.
Delivery and returns
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivery is generally 1-2 days depending on where you live. Standard Recorded Delivery takes 3–5 working days and the goods will require signature on delivery.

We want you to be really pleased with your purchase so our jewellery comes with our money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted and unworn pieces within 14 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement.
In order to return goods to us, please complete the reverse side of the dispatch note included within your order detailing the items being returned and how you wish to proceed. We would be grateful if you could include a contact telephone number or email address so that we may contact you regarding your return if necessary.
If you do not have a copy of the delivery note, please include a covering letter within your return parcel, including your address details, telephone number, the reason for return and how you wish to proceed.
Please obtain a receipt for the return postage, take a photo copy for your records and include the receipt in with the returned item. However, we strongly recommend you also obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
About the jewellery
Yes. All of our silver pendants come with an Italian sterling silver diamond cut curb chain. These are 16″ with a 2″ extender link.
Yes, any item which has a silver content weight of over 7.78 grams is hallmarked as required by law. We use the London Assay Office. All of our silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver.
No. All of our jewellery is nickel free.
Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed on the 21st Century Silver website.
e-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any product on the 21st Century Silver website and expires after 2 years.
Simply purchase an e-Gift Voucher here, enter the relevant details and a e-Gift Card will be sent via email to the recipient on the date requested. Inside the email will contain instructions on how to redeem, alongside a gift card number.
Click the ‘Redeem’ button on the e-Gift Voucher that was emailed to you or browse the range of products in our Shop. Once you have chosen your product(s), enter your Gift Card Number on the basket page prior to purchase.
Any remaining balance will be saved on your card for you to use on future purchases.
